The Swiss Folk Music Association (VSV) is the national sponsor and licensor of the 2027 Swiss Folk Music Festival. It is actively committed to promoting and preserving Swiss folk music. The association is divided into cantonal associations, which include both musicians and folk music enthusiasts. The VSV actively promotes young talent, organizes and supports training courses for various instruments, and organizes concerts, Stubeten, and Ländlertreffen.
